Ventana Foundation, a philanthropic organization, took the initiative to provide a comfortable learning environment for students in the Udupi region. The Foundation realized that seating arrangements and desks play a significant role in creating an effective learning environment for students. Therefore, they decided to repair the desks that were lying unused in their inventory and distribute them to various schools in the region.

The VF sourced a team of carpenters to repair the 10-12 desks that were available with them. The desks were repaired and made usable in just ten days. The foundation took the initiative to repair the desks as they believed that these desks, which were not being used, could be useful to schools in the region with some repairs.

After the desks were repaired, they were transported to Kakkunje and Nittur Aided Higher Primary School. The schools were delighted to receive the desks and expressed their gratitude towards the Ventana Foundation for their generous initiative. The desks were provided to the schools at no cost, and no formal program was conducted for this initiative.
